How far in advance should I enquire?

Ideally 6–8 weeks before your preferred dates. For larger groups or peak season (September–November), 3 months is recommended.

Is there a minimum group size?

No. We design experiences for solo travelers through to groups of 20. Pricing adjusts accordingly.

Do you arrange accommodation and transport?

We provide recommendations and can coordinate logistics as part of your package. We are not a travel agency but ensure every practical detail is handled.

What about visas?

We provide guidance and invitation letters for visa applications. Requirements vary by nationality — we’ll advise based on your situation.

Can I combine multiple topics?

Absolutely. Multi-day programs often weave together 2–3 traditions for a richer experience.
